Dealer Fraud

In rare cases, we come across cases of dealership fraud.  These usually involve situations where the dealership had knowledge of, or should have had knowledge of, repairs or defects that substantially lower the value of a vehicle but fail to disclose this information to a purchaser.

Each State has variations of Deceptive Trade Practice laws, which govern this type of case.  

You, the consumer, are protected by these laws and you are entitled to recover any difference in value due to the "misrepresentation" of the vehicles value.

In most cases, you are entitled to recover 3X the amount of the claim!
